There's already a thread on /t/ where I've given away the entire 1st Edition. However, that version of Myrefly is an inferior product and is in the process of being retired. It doesn't have the improvements I was able to make thanks to /lit/ and /t/'s feedback.

The 2nd Edition is exactly 96 scenes of 196 words in length (18,816 words). I am posting 4 scenes immediately. Then my goal is to post an additional 7 scenes today, and each day following this, leading up to April 20th. If I remain on schedule, on April 20th I will post 8 scenes and you'll have read the entire first book (all 96 scenes).

I'm the illustrator as well. 2nd Edition will use minimalist "non weeb" art (also by me) for broader appeal with adults on Amazon. I'll probably make smut on Gelbooru as well under an alias. It's valuable marketing. I won't deny it.

I haven't read manga in years. But when I was younger and had limited Internet access, I read the manga for Dot Hack and Full Meta Alchemist.

Anime... it's tough for me to pick a single show. I went to Art School for Game Dev, Film VFX, and Animation. I still have a deep passion for animation to this day.

I'll stand by most of Studio Trigger's work. If my scheme to coordinate an official JP translation of Myrefly pays off years from now, following my success, they're probably the ones I'm hiring to make the adaptation. I'm not a weeb, though I am seriously learning JP with the intent of becoming fluent.

USA is pretty fucked right now, politically. I have no idea where I'm going to retire. Maybe Norway or Switzerland, where some of my ancestors originated.

I plan on publishing books for at least the next 23 years. I'll have a pretty good idea after the first decade how things have developed.

While I have the ability to prove that I'm the "real" Jack Prosper, officially, the "real" Jack Prosper doesn't know I'm doing this. Because there are contracts like Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) that are exclusivity deals. That's how I get a 30% tax instead of a 70% tax. Amazon certainly forbids this behavior. Get cucked, Amazon. I'm doing it anyway.

With that being said, I'm not in support of cancel culture and won't give those who want to see me fail a single cookie to work with. That's why the public Jack Prosper lives a double life. It's for my own stability and wellbeing. This is an anonymous image board. I can always claim "some degenerate schizo" is pretending to be me for attention and that would be the end of it.

I visit here because I want that connection with readers I can't currently find anywhere else. I have high-functioning autism and I only have two friends right now. The value I get from these connections is more than any financial contribution.

On the topic of piracy, I know that once I'm a well-known enough figure, piracy is unavoidable. So instead of letting some 3rd party with their own agenda take the lime light, I would rather fill that role instead, and also add value to the experience by turning these events into AMAs where the fans can honestly engage with the author.

When I was an avid book reader in my youth, I would have loved to hangout with my favorite authors. I know one of you is bound to appreciate it too.
