emotional intimacy is a human need anon. I've never experienced it before previously. My life isn't perfect by any means mind you, but I no longer feel a pressing weight on my consciousness every day.

Perhaps, then I will have ligotti, cioran, and celine to welcome me back.<span class="fortune" style="color:#d001aa">

Tristram Shandy by Laurence Sterne is a peaceful, positive take on life (despite its misfortunes) which revels in contented family life.

Just read some stuff on how to be good in bed and in relationship. After that, stop reading, you don't need books anymore.

Yes he is super comfy.
I actually think he's one of the comfiest authors I've ever read. He writes about people in really terrible situations, alongside terrible people in general. However, despite how fucked a person might be, he still depicts a sort of inherent goodness in each one of them, and no matter how shitty things get there's always some sense of hope. Dosto is ultimate bloomer lit.

There's an initial euphoria and novelty to a new relationship but old problems often come crawling back down the line. A woman isn't enough to distract one from his own thoughts.

Also I will note that I was never depressed when single nor in a relationship. So if OP was actually experiencing depression, he ought to keep working on it because it could come back to bite him and potentially damage his relationship.

If he was just >tfw no gf'ing, well then congratulations son your depression is cured.
