Is there a name for the fallacy/debate tactic when someone just throws out unrelated attacks on character or intelligence? I.e. "he's so stupid he probanly thinks [thing noone mentioned in the debate]" Similar to strawmanning but unrelated to the claims, rather just blind accusations.
