This is good advice. The trick is to not care at all what the woman thinks of you, to already be done with the encounter and expecting nothing from it but in a completely relaxed way. You don't want to be angry or resentful, or thinking "fuck this bitch I don't even care what she thinks" type thoughts. You have to truly utterly not care.

The best way to understand this is by analogy.
