I don't care for the Gothic, which might be only because I know Radcliffe (who I dislike) and Austen (who I like, but its a parody). I have Ortanto but I haven't read it yet. Dracula is boring, the Phantom of the Opera is okay (is it Gothic?), and Wuthering Heights is great if you take it from a 'these people are all terrible' position. I feel like Shelley's Zastrozzi would also qualify as gothic if some of these do, and its equally as bad. I'm about to read Confessions of a Justified Sinner.
