Jane Austen is definitely a woman, but she's not all women. her books are very satirical and ironic and probably not what you're looking for at all. she has a very peculiar mind and attitude and the books mostly consist of her dryly but affectionately making fun of her characters.

I'd say a good book for what you want is My Brilliant Friend by Elena Ferrante, assuming that your request was in good faith. It's a nuanced portrayal of female relationships as a girl grows up that includes all the cattiness etc

I don't really believe that the act of parenthood is done solely, primarily, or even secondarily for the sake of political ideology or conservatism. If you don't mind my asking for a bit of free advice, I have a younger family member(around 13) who's tried watching porn with friends and extended family(once, though he wasn't alone, with a boy of 8 years old).
