Who do I read if I want to read someone exactly like Heidegger but easier? I've tried my best. I've read through all the secondary sources but I can't even get through those. Who can I read as a substitute?

Have you read books on Heidegger? For difficult philosophers, it's usually better to start with introductory books on them rather than with their works themselves.

Unironically Nietzsche or Kierkegaard. Husserl and Merleau-Ponty I find easier though they don't match as well with BnT. Maybe someone like Gadamer as well?

Presumably Sartre's literary works? Obvs there's differences between he and Heiddy, but there's enough similarities at least between him and 20s Heidegger to be a little fruitful if you're having trouble.

Have you read Thomas Sheehan's book on Heidegger by chance? His book, Making Sense of Heidegger, is one of the clearest monographs on him around; he's a rare Heideggerian who believes Heidegger can be explained in clear English without "Heideggerese". He's a bit controversial among Heideggerians, but he backs his interpretation up with passages from just about everything in his corpus. Give it a download off libgen if it sounds worthwhile.

You could always just read summuries of his ideas on the internet or videos made by others on YouTube. Not syaing this is always the waya to g, but if a concept you need to know is difficult then this can be a much easier and faster way to learn it.
