I read Archetypes and the collective unconciouss a while ago and felt touched by Jung saying "Misogyny might be a product of a poor relationship with one's mother"
Are there any books about this particular theme? Not necesarily in the field of study of psychology, I'm open to novels, novellas, poems and just about anything regarding this topic, I myself want to write a short story about a dude who murders his gf in cold blood one morning because she did a gesture that reminded him too much of his shit mom.

My relationship with my mom is fine, and I despise women.

You'll see this pattern all the time in novels by authors with some grasp of psychology and family structures. Look at The Sound And The Fury for example. Mrs Compson is utterly loathsome, and Jason despises women. (Quentin goes the other way, trying to maintain an absurd chivalry, but he's no more capable of a healthy relationship.)

>i read this author and somehow only really connected with the bit that reminded me of pop culture psychology i had already been exposed to
proof that you can actually read and still be a dummy, sometimes the pathways necessary to channel knowledge into your brain just aren't there
