Knowledge and wisdom aren't the same thing imho. Knowledge is more like the raw facts or knowing how to do something whereas wisdom is applying the appropriate facts to the situation and also requires some level of intuition, ie you can do 9-5 wage slavery with knowledge but you need wisdom to run a business.
I think what you said is more how you get wisdom than the definition of wisdom itself because you do need knowledge as a starting point to become wise but wisdom is more than just Knowledge.
