Also in my experience, the organisation part doesn't really apply to Hinduism since it is by default a decentralised religion. Just get involved in the spiritual and metaphysical aspects of Hinduism and you'll find your way.

Try practicing and getting good at meditation on your own. Indian society is riddled with different problems than western societies are, don't be so inclined to think the grass is greener on the other side.

If you're looking for genuine truth compared to simply a social fabric to belong to, I can wholeheartedly recommend Krishnamurti's videos.
