I think he's explaining the thought process of people who support mass emigration, their logic being that their countries are a nation of emigrants to begin with. And it stands to reason that we have to accept from others what our ancestors once did to others.

Example: Europeans colonised/settled Australia and btfo the aboriginals. Now Muslims are colonising the Europeans. This is the circle of life.

It's funny that this thinking boils down to two things: tu quoque and appeal to history. It also considers pro-consumerist ideology, of which you'll of course hear lamentation of capitalism and consumerism and corporatism, but wants sublimation into those systems. Another lamentation is Western imperialism/power/systems, but, again, wishes sublimation.

For all of the posturing about appraisal of diversity -- of course used as a signification -- it essentially comes down to coalescing cultures into one megalith.

The solution is to find a way of encouraging women to have kids, at least 2.2 kids per woman on average to maintain the current population. Of course that would need to happen now to have an effect. The current Western feminist woman will not accept any curtailing of her rights especially reproductive rights so good luck with that.
