Atheism is fine when coupled with optimism and a sense of agency. These days people are mostly pessimistic and devoid of agency.
The optimist with no agency is the NPC meme and only follows the fashions*.
The pessimist with agency is a radical.
The pessimist with no agency suffers and complains online.
Only the optimist with a sense of agency actually enjoys their life for what it is.

*These days primarily the radicals and/or complainers.
