Okay, i've fully accepted my own mortality with probably 50 years to go, now what?

Now you think about it every day until the day comes. Think about how every thing you do, you will do a finite number of times, and every time you do it, you whittle down that counter, until it's triple digits, double, single, 0. You could be in the double digits right now - how many times will you sneeze again? 2000? 100? 10? None? Who knows.

You talk about coming to terms with death like it was some sort of end goal. To me it's more of a side quest, you never really have to do it. You have though so good for you. As for now what, now you go about your business.

So... You've come to terms with death, really mulled it over, approached it from every angle and... You somehow think you're now guaranteed another 50 years? You could die tomorrow, in ten years, in fifteen. In the meantime you could have a disease working it's way through you right now like worms through cheese that'll make you suffer not only the misery of a failing body but the uncertainty of when it will finally consume you--the signs could be showing now and you haven't noticed them. You could get married and have children only to leave them orphaned, stained in your blood as they watched you get decapitated in a car accident. You think you've accepted death because you have nothing and are able to project it off into the distant future anyway. Try again.
