Of the mind of the material rationalist - their understanding, education and doctrines determine how they respond to events and how this informs how they should feel. They internalise an inability to feel things which don't achieve perceived productivity in lives.

1.) First off, the preconception of men being boisterous is just a jock thing. Remember the strong, silent type.
2.) Use your intense feelings to your benefit. If you control them, you gain charisma (think Marlon Brando). That is to say, focus your emotions. Fully feel anger, for instance, and embody it; don't be afraid to show emotion, it can be a deep well of strength as long as you are not overcome by them.
3.) You don't have to be a loud asshole, but be assertive. "Always be ready to speak your mind and a base man will avoid you." - William Blake, an INFP.
4.) Action. Take action. That's how you overcome weakness. Act. Courage is being scared to death but doing what you have to/want to, anyway.
