Basically this, but more details. I'm not gay, nor did I plan on becoming it. But the book was interesting in a sense that it makes bottoming an art. It explains to you how to incorporate these techniques into your daily life. How it does that is it explains to you, for example, how to take a proper dump, something most of us are doing wrong and are probably having some problems with it. What exercises and breathing techniques to apply before, during and after, and if you take a clean dump, you will be one step closer to the transcendence of bottoming like a pornstar.
