I used to hate reading but after I read Robinson Crusoe my opinion changed, maybe it was because it was the first time a teacher said "take any book you find interesting" instead of forcing me to read a specific book I didn't care for.
It was so fun reading about him building his little hut and crops, such an incredible sense of wonder and adventure much better than the boring crap I was forced to read

It was weird. I was in the middle of this book and it came to me just how much I enjoy doing it and how happy I was to have so many books yet to read. I'm not even a woman.
