If you have not read 100 pages today you don't have the right to be on /lit/, unless you are asking for recs

I don't measure my experiences by measly arbitrary numbers but how much I feel and learn. I don't need to read more than 1 page per day, or even one word; for an 'a' could send me spiraling down into the palace of introspection, analysis and personal growth. A 'do' could destroy my preconceived notions of human action, tear down my mental defenses and attack with brute force my prejudices against those that I thought I hate. A post on /lit/ could make me laugh... then... I find myself slouching back into my bed, reading it again, and again, each time the smile regressing inwards, then downwards. Some ideological chancer could spew out energetic pathos that flows into my brain and dances with all my morals, for a day my mind grows weary, until I triumph with glory - no reading required, just pure cerebration.

I have autism and have trouble reading fluidly. When I am not focused on a text I can read it 10sec stat and understand the gist. When reading philosophy I usually slowdown to a ridiculous crawl simply because I read words instead of sentences or paragraphs even.
