I just now realize how all the voracious reading I've been doing lately is just a way of procrastinating from the writing I know I have to complete.

He's not wrong, but no one thinks you're a creative genius if you read anything. Besides, Schopenhauer already said this in one of his essays, though Cioran has a nice style.
