For literary value, the KJV is the objectively correct answer as far as English goes. For anything beyond that it's going to come down to what your intentions are, whether you have some kind of denominational commitment, etc.

They're designed to be ecumenical. The RSV-CE is officially approved by the Catholic church for personal study and even has a second edition. The NRSV-CE is used for liturgy in Canada and is the translation used in Bishop Barron's new Word on Fire Bible.
