I have a desk job where I'm inside staring at screen, often waiting around, for at least 5 hours a day.
During that time I try to write; I used to read but it made me too sleepy and my snoring would alert my coworkers.
I don't get a whole lot of writing done because of shitposting and/or writers' block, lately.

That's not in 3 years and it depends on the company. I've done fence construction which is always a bitch until you're part of management and my brother does oil in Houston and his house is a disgusting mess. He works hard but he has dirty dishes. Idk how. If they weren't pieces of shit I'd clean their house for them because they have young kids who don't need that.
