The case-system for nouns is genius and far superior to our current system of cases based on sentence position. It's more work to learn up front, but once you memorize the declensions it makes understanding sentences infinity easier. No, Latin is so much more majestic, musical and flexible to me than its daughter languages, which sound flat and lazy in comparison. French sounds like someone trying to clear their throat after sucking on a dick or smoking a cigarette. It's a lazy and pompous sounding language. Spanish and Italian are beautiful, admittedly, but they lack the vim and flexibility of the father language.

Why is it capituli primi? Because it is the first word OF the first chapter?

for your 1st question, it is in the genitive case and singular, given the endings and context

as for your second question,
>Rome and in are the first words of the first chapters
no need to make it plural (of the first chapters), keep it singular (capituli primi)

3rd question, everything is correct.

Exactly the same thing I'd hear from an LGBTQ acolyte. No, you haven't ascended above me, you're a slave to the same vice we see and recognize in other mediums- the brothel, the gay bar, the online chat, etcetera. It's impossible to transcend labels as a human, because the labels are applied by other people. Perhaps you think that you are beyond labels, but that is not the case. "Bisexual" or "unashamed of any sexual relations" or whatever BS you want to feed me, it's all the same. You're only coping because the Romans embraced this, just admit it was wrong and a product of decadence, and not a representation of the Roman spirit. It cheapens the consummate relationship between men. It gives no distinction between a man's relationship to a man and a man's relationship to a woman, and dissolves these critical distinctions. It better engenders promiscuity and its concomitant negative-feedback awful kinks, because there's no pregnancy involved. It's also fucking gross and unnatural and requires douching and lubrication for what is essentially mutual masturbation with another's anal sphincter, and sperm ejection into a living cumsock. Have fun with an altered gut biome, chafed anus, incontinence, prolapse, or any number of the other problems that come with constant sex. At least with vaginal sex you do it for a reason higher than the mere pleasure you derive from the act. Sure, sex allows for the development of a relationship, but it's not the sort of relationship that should be held between men, but rather the sort of relationship that should be held between two whores. In short, it weakens the man and dissolves a proper society, but most people have their own "proper societies" in mind, usually ones that foster their cummies. You need to justify your homosexuality, now, beyond the invalid support of "many ancestors having done it" (what HAVEN'T our ancestors done?)

TL;DR (in English): The lack of an accepted consensus on the continuous development of Latin lead to its death and the birth of other languages in its stead.

When it comes to writing a manual? Maybe.
When it comes to literature and poetry? Hell no.
