I often see someone recommend a novel on here and others will instantly mention how much they hated it.

Maybe I'm just a simpleton, but I honestly cannot remember ever hating a novel. Even stupid YA books have their merits and I find them enjoyable. Even all the things I had to read for school... Every one of them was enjoyable in one way or another.

Maybe I'm just too stupid to be picky? It's just been my experience that if a novel is actually published it won't be terrible.

Is anyone else like this?
