To a native German speaker it's just like pronouncing a sentence. Within German's agglutinative grammatical rules it makes perfect sense. This ability to embed "sentence level meaning" in words within sentences is why some argue German is an especially well suited language for philosophy because you can convey more complex ideas more compactly.

It's somewhat analogous to the naming conventions of chemicals in science, such as Methionylalanylthreonyl...leucine, which conveys the literal denotation of the chemical's subcomponents, but instead using more familiar compound words.

The meaning of the word is in it being one, a whole predicate in itself; not that it stands against something as a different part (the lack of being reasonable, or of reason). not the lack of the predicate but actually a predicate.
