I see your point when it comes to the same people who mock Africa’s lack of civilisational development agrandise celtic abbos because they were white but the hypocrisy of neonazis doesn’t suddenly make Africa a cultural hotspot. Sub Saharan Africa was almost entirely isolated from the rest of the world by the Sahara for thousands of years, it’s not surprising that they did not significantly develop (lack of competition with other groups outside Africa may also have affected intelligence selection negatively as well), additionally much of sub Saharan Africa is not great for arable farming (not enough river valleys) but this is not the main factor. There’s no need to feel ashamed, it took Northern Europe until the second half of the first millennium to become civilised, over ten thousand years after agriculture truly began, but pretending that Africa was really totally developed is pathetic.

I understand your objections, but while I may see that Africa as a whole wasn't particularly developed according to the western standard of civilization (centered on technique), I think we can agree that to say the country had no culture at all is foolish and out of the context of the very specific conditions in the parts of Africa we are discussing. One could also wonder why there aren't many great authors from New Zeland (as far as I know, I'm just making an example). Egypt had its own rich culture before it became part of Alexander the Great's empire, and later of the Roman empire. And also under those circumstances, they had great thinkers (Callimachus, St. Augustine), not to mention the subsequent islamic culture. So we have to remember that in this discourse we aren't really talking about Africa as a whole, but probably just sub-Saharian Africa, where living conditions are particularly hostile to the rise of developed (so to speak) civilizations

Because African storytelling tradition was Oral not Written. Furthermore, while certainly they could have developed a cohesive writing system, a number of broader geographical and cultural reasons made it difficult for such a thing to survive in Africa. Unlike Europe, there was no Mediterranean to trade through, and crossing from one side of Africa to the other meant a big fuckin walk. There was lots of warfare and less trade because of this, leading to less writing or sustainable writing systems. I don't think it's necessarily a race thing. For example if the Germanic peoples remained disconnected from Rome entirely, how long would it have taken them before they got any serious written body of literature?
African Americans have gotten few opportunities to become good writers due to their societal status and reenforcing pressures that make it difficult and undesirable to black Americans to become authors until quite recently (but not the artform is dying and they are almost too late anyway)
Of course, it depends how you define "black". We're ancient Egyptians black? What about Iranians? How dark does ones skin have to be before they can be considered "black"?
