What keeps a man going in this world? It's the purpose. The purpose may be to type down a boring sentence already written and repeated to the world infinite times before. It may solving a captcha, a sort of crossing the bridge, no matter how purposeless it may be considered, still, it keeps you going. One step at a time or a strive, it's the now and the occupation that your body is concerned with that keeps you going.

Lots of folks out of work, not going to school. The important thing is to wake up each morning. Find something to do. It doesn't matter if it's cleaning a window. For me, reading is better for my mental health than just sitting their thinking about the fact that I'm doing nothing.

I hope this lockdown lasts long enough for people to start saying "why am I wasting my life working for some schmuck just to make enough money to pay another schmuck for shelter?" Then people will start living instead of wasting away.

i had to endure online "teaching" this last semester in my uni. and now the retards are making sort of a mixed teaching where some classes are online and some are in person. i hated online shit it literally is NOT education, its just grinding while my hobby (sitting on the computer) is now my 24/7 thing. its miserable. i hoped that this mixed shit will go well, but it turns out that only like 3 classes will be held regularly out of my 12 so its another semester of fucking nothing, no personal connection, just text.
