Why would anyone want to go with Kaufmann or Norman or Hollingdale translations when Oscar Levy, Ludovici, Common translations are excellent in themselves and the translators were non-pozzed right wingers?

Hollingdale has the best prose renderings as far as style goes; those you mentioned over-render frequently to the point of paraphrastics. Kaufman is a marginal improvement on the English versions in circulation a century ago, but offer nothing over Hollingdale aside note apparatus and cheap omnibus editions. Any non-Hollingdale translators from the Cambridge editions are all solid; newer ones from Hackett (some overlap with aforementioned) also quite decent.
