Would Nietzsche be against harm to children because within the frame of our species life "potential" it would cut that possibility of development, i.e. greatness, strength etc? Not in a strict moral sense but it seems to me that would be grounds enough for Nietzsche to utterly reject it, as he was disgusted with the accusation in life.

Unrelated question: would he like lolis?

I believe he was against having lolis as gf's, he was for example, dismissive of Goethe's infatuation with Gretchen. I think he was platonic when it came to women, he viewed them as potential partners in thinking than sexual objects.

Nietzsche thinks children are doing just fine and that adults are the ones who don't know fun when they see it.

He would be against what he called Die Gefuehlverweichlichung - the paradigm common today, which views everything as a potential harm (some call it political correctnes). Viewing harm negatively is the view of the frog (anglo).
