Is there any alternative?

Like communism/socialism has failed and there's plenty of failed marxist states.

But the US, the icon of capitalism is also falling apart, with serious problems of income inequality, moral collapse, drug overdose, abuse, women being whores, obesity.

Seems like one spectrum wants to repeat the failures of venezuela, argentina, cuba, and the other side wants to become like the US, which is falling apart right now.

Seems like there's not alternative beyond FASCIMS, which both sides took 70 years of propaganda to make it a failed solution (not saying fascism was perfect, it also failed and their entire economic model was a war economy and entire plan was to enter a global war).

There's not alternative beyond fringe shit like degrowth economics or shit like returning to a pre industrial society, which I don't see how we can do that without massive starvation and social unrest.

The transhumanist option also kind of sucks, because it means genociding the low IQ masses of people who wont be able to do not a single usefull thing (because everything is automated), so you have the vast majority of population living as NEETS, which means behavioural sink and the mouse utopia experiment.

In any case, I don't see bright future.

I think people are insufficiently imaginative about how bad things are going to get. Many in the 19th century predicted calamity but nobody predicted the specific horrors that actually occurred. We're in the same situation, except it will be even worse because technology has become frighteningly more powerful.

The US is falling apart because of basic psychology. Mass immigration -> naturalization and appeasement politics -> democratization of institutions and dumbing down of education -> lax environment -> passivity in the people -> degeneracy and collapse. It also doesn't help that the country was at ideological warfare with communists for decades, right when most of these mass reforms were taking place.

You say the future doesn't seem bright because fascism is the inevitability, but that's precisely why it seems bright to me. Great action is required to make things right again. The ones who survive will be the ones who want to ride that wave.

Of course there's alternatives. There's always alternatives. You're only limited by your imagination. I could sit here right now and bang out a shit ton of functional alternatives right off the top of my head without breaking a sweat. You just need to keep an open mind and get creative with it.

Like what about a system where there is an all powerful head of state who decided by a lottery held every year? Do away with the pretense of meritocracy and the worry of social manipulation inherent in democracy. Plus, variety is the spice of life. It would give the people hope. Anyone could be the next godking/president. Even you.

Bam, that's one. Here's another one. An altered form of representative democracy where any given candidate is do battle not with their words, but with their fists. In the middle of the ring every saturday night on PPV. It would root out the corrupt, the dishonest, the cowardly. All while simultaneously generating revenue from viewers all over he world paying to watch musclebound politicians fight to the death for their amusement.
