You don’t.

The ABC of anarchism by Berkman is a good introduction

Bookchin, V for Vendetta, Mark Passio

It's funny how every anarchist experiment has failed within less than five years. The greatest success, Makhnovia, lasted three and was enforced by a bunch of militias. So much for no hierarchies!

"The Conquest of Bread" by Peter Kropotkin, if you wanna start from a more anthropological standpoint.
"Anarchism and Other Essays" by Emma Goldman, if a perspective of principles and philosophy is more to your tastes.

Haven’t looked too deeply in on it, but CHAZ seems to me a useless display of martyrdom.
There’s lots of old theory that’s worth reading, But if you want up to date theory, I recommend Bookchin’s Next Revolution and Herod’s Getting Free
