zen is garbage view, 100% reatds clinging to the hindu view of the pristine mind and who felt smarter than anybody else for fucking the scriptures and yet ending up creating numerous books and rituals. And even if they did not, it is still the wrong path to nirvana.

I don't fucking get it. I've been trying to wrap my head around the cryptic fucking scriptures of eastern thought (hinduism, buddhism, taoism, zhuangzhi, whatever) for ages but it all makes no sense. I can understand it intellectually but it does nothing for me spiritually. No revelation, nothing. In a desperate attempt I even turned to the scuffed syncreticism of gnostic christianity, thinking it'd be more suited to the western mindset I'm inundated with; All one big mistake, gnostic scripture is even worse:
Jesus said, “Know what’s in front of your face, and what’s hidden from you will be revealed to you, because there’s nothing hidden that won’t be revealed.”
