Has he ever been refuted?

Marx and Hoppe have more in common than either of the two have with mainstream economics.

>tfw reluctant ancap
You either die a hero or live long enough to be the bad guy. I'm one of the biggest corporate shills around now.

None needed. His work presents a reductio-ad-absurdism of his own brand of 'libertarianism'.

Not possible. He's correct.

This kills the ancap.

How will Hoppe ever recover?

Ancap is just more liberal capitalism.

False. That's state capitalism.

Ayn-cap is also statism, but it falls into the hands of corporatists, autocratically.

This image was created by a retard. It assumes an idealic reason for implementing Marxism whenever the fundamental argument of Marx Engels and Lenin was that seizing the means of production was in the workers self interest.

What if I unironicallybelieve in that? There is one single implicit law based on the most basic of the social contract that is enforceable by convienience and circumstance rather than by the explicit. The problem I have with communism is that it cannot exist within the liberal paradigm (I’m not ancap, kinda middle of the road Hegelian that thinks collectivism needs to be balanced with individualism).

And I don’t think collectivism is wrong, but it doesn’t sit with the current general paradigm. If we had a mindset light the pre-Plato Greeks, sure.

I think this is partially aperent In the media we watch. Most universes have the perspective from a practically “ancap” scenario. Wether it be Star Wars and smuglers living in a mostly lawless atmosphere enacting their will, or superhero’s doing the same. Heck, even startrek, the place of a future communist paradise basically follows space cowboys outside of that society enacting their will.

>denouncing the self-ownership axiom is a performative contradiction because you need to claim ownership over your body before you argue against the axiom
literally why? why can't I just assume ownership of my body whenever I argue against it and be a complete slave in other instances? or better yet, why not claim ownership only of your mind and vocal cords so you can properly argue against it?

A response to one of his critics basically admitted this interpretation.

Ipso facto, an atheist is refuted by the mere fact of being cringe.
