Is this the most cucked concept ever invented?

In the abrahamic conception, pretty much yeah.
Especially Christians.

Straying from god is cucked, so yes sin is by definition cuckoldry. The only way to not be a cuck to actually approach God with your entire being (body, soul, and spirit). He will welcome you.

How is this an argument for or against anything? It really floors when people trot this one out as if it's meant to be convincing. Because something happens or doesn't happen means it's good or bad? Does the inevitability of something qualify its goodness or badness?

It's the anchorite that seeks "peace of mind." The conquering man – the warrior, the only free man – is the master of his body and his impulses. He lets his animal instinct to roam, but it returns to him. The priest is what Nietzsche calls the "impossible ascetic": he that cannot choose but be an ascetic. Your self-restraint is not a victory over degeneration: it is degeneration's victory over you.

But you've already conceived of it yourself, you understand sin very well even if that's not the word you use for it. Whenever you condemn something, whenever you make it taboo to yourself, you have made it into a sin.

Is it not a sin to be a cuck?

>Is it not a sin to be a cuck?

No it's not. I don't believe that you torturing yourself with guilt offends any deity. It's just that it's unreasonable and self limiting.

>> No.15142351

At what level? Original Sin? I personally feel it's pretty crummy, yeah, but it's a novel way of solving the problem of evil (that we're just inherently flawed). Anything more is a specific theological debate, which is beyond just "sin itself".

Sin period? No, because it's empirically verifiable that certain things cause harm to you and others and that you will be punished for doing it. Whether its God, a god, the state, your ancestors, yourself, or just nature punishing you, it doesn't really matter. The only quibble you can have here is over what is a sin and who can do the punishing of it.

>> No.15142366

It's literally Christianity's fault to invent the VR porn machine to dissimulate real physical sex with the virtual 'benign", exists-in-your-consciousness sex since they couldn't repress the libido by subduing whatever physical body proliferates out as radically evil and as "must be purged out of existence". This also explains the retarded no-fap christcucks who are now regretting whatever illusions of sex they think they experienced solely in their consciousness, much in a repenting St. Augustinian fashion.

Wrong under every valid religion/philosophy.
If we have free will then we act like we don't, we suffer
If we don't have free will then act like we do, nothing is lost.
Since it is unproveable either way, we must go with the logical conclusion which is that we have free will.
