Sometimes I think I prefer chinese, but then I remember the amount of monosodium they put into it, its nothing like proper chinese food you get in china. So it's probably pizza I like more

I think what makes chinese good is partly because its just not good for you, you know what I mean? Like, all that salt just makes you eat so much of it without realising. on the other hand good, proper neapolitan pizza is just elegantly simple and doesn't need much more than tomato sauce, mozzarella and a few leaves of basil. If the ingredients and dough is good enough, that's all you need, and it really is one of the most satisfying things.

Fair. I'm a britbong so the pizza we get here is either okay-tier shit like pizza express, good-tier shit like franco manca, or dogshit pizza like dominoes or pizza hut. I've never actually tried american pizza but I've always been curious. Deep dish just doesn't make sense to me though.

yeah man, best pizza I ever had was in Rotterdam. It was this proper classic pizzeria, run by the same family for almost 100 years. They only spoke dutch and italian so you knew it was authentic, and the walls were covered with newspaper clippings and photos of celebrities. The food was so good I almost cried there and then.
