The questions implicitly presupposes a kind of space, where "nothing" represents the absence of "something" in such space. So it would be better to ask: why are we organizing our thoughts in this kind of diagrammatic plane? and where do our concept of causality comes from? I thinks only an anthropologic account can give us an answer.

No such thing. It is only an appearance of being in movement.

Wrong question.
Why is there nothing rather than something?

Because as the Hindus recognized, consciousness (experience, existence, whatever you'd like to call it) is the unchanging ontological ground of reality. And the phenomenal universe is merely an appearance within consciousness, a "game" created by it so that it can explore its range of possibilities and better understand itself by doing so. Read the Law of One book series for a better elaboration of this concept.

1st. Your conception of “nothing” is skewed by your imagination. We have both.
2. Why would there be only one? How could there be only somethings without the spaces of nothing even?

Conclusion: your question is ridiculous.

It's personally the most profound and plausible metaphysical exposition I've ever encountered. I think it could have a great impact on culture if it became more known - people who presently subscribe to ideologies like materialism, atheism, or some primitive ancient religion would be able to consider a spiritual worldview which is also completely in harmony with scientific naturalism, and far more coherent than whatever they presently subscribe to. Just my opinion.
