Also it really depends what you mean by science. He has a whole essay somewhere distinguishing science(testable hypotheses) from Science(what harvard says is true).

2. you can measure these populations for various robustly predictive metrics like IQ while controlling for other variables
3. Doing this always shows large disparities in the averages of these measures from population to population

no. read him again. its ok it took me awhile to understand it too. he dunks on protestants for being subjective relativists, i.e. christianity is whatever I want it to be. if you push relativist protestantism more and more to the extreme, at one point it will actually turn into secular progressivism. he then goes on to say that america always has been a radically protestant country and today progressivism is the US religion. just as his rejection of demcracy implies an embrace monarch, or CEO/dictatorship, his rejection of subjective relativist protestantism implies an embrace of catholic absolutism.

The new concept of gender is psychological and therefore prone to being pseudoscience. Sex may be a spectrum because intersex people exist but, considering the fact that over 90% can’t reproduce, it can rightly be called a genetic defect. Sexes congregate at either ends, as discrete categories.

Current iterations of religion are mostly nonsensical to believe in.
I was an adamant atheist by the time I was 11, reading the Bible by the time I was 20, have belonged to a church, and now at 27 with plenty of experience I can still rightly say that it’s a nonsense belief that may lead to some good outcomes, though these outcomes don’t require faith in God to occur.

A true religion can happen though; one that involves the scientific method.
