this is the kind of truth you can contemplate/repeat/sell/teach when its your job to do so (ie Jesus/E.Tolle/A.Jollien/M.Ricard/Krishnamurti etc...) or when you are a neet/unemployed. The demiurgic system we live in makes sure every minute is spent projecting yourself in the future or ruminating the past. The most tangible and concrete example of this is bureaucracy. Just try to do anything by pretending it doesnt exist and see what happens.
