I still get panic attacks on occasion, but they're rarer now.

I realized how similar some of my actions were to the wife, scared the shit out of me. The constant hobby hopping, the underlying shallow desire for opulence, the constant stream of books for escapism, it all was too familiar for me not to reassess my worldview. Husband was a cuck for sure though.
