This is the voice of Dublin upper classes. Every news presenter has it. It's refined enough to be appealingly cosmopolitan which was lucky for her career. Much of Leinster has this neutral sort of accent except for working class Dublin chads and Munster chads who have the harshest accents. After that you have Mayonaise people who sound like retarded fairies and norn chads who are a separate species with their scot influence.
