I love reading when I'm tipsy. Having two or three beers before reading makes it ten times better. I just finished my second beer, and now I'm gonna finish Journey to the End of the Night. Cheers.

I wonder what reading while high on lsd would be like? I mean think about it
>long highs
>enhances emotions
>enhances imagination
Literally the perfect drug for snuggling up all day and reading.

Reading on LSD sounds great, as long as you don't take too much. I guess the visuals would be kind of distracting if you took more than a little bit.

I think micro dosing would probably be ideal.

Probably, yeah. I wonder what it does to your retention.

I'm not sure. though, I have a good feeling that micro dosing doesn't effect retention all that much because I hear that some people use if for creative enhancement or just for day to day use but this a niche community. I cant say for sure for extreme doses though.

I accidentally took acid a few days ago and reading was really hard. Not only did I have to reread paragraphs over and over again because of visuals, but my thoughts also kept wandering off. Wouldn't recommend.

I drank 1/3rd bottle of cognac before going to work yesterday and then I just sat down at a table and browsed my phone.

It's not that good. I have always come to the conclusion that I'd rather do something besides read and opt to hold off the reading until I come down. I prefer having a think and writing far more than reading on acid. Also the visuals can get intense enough that reading is a chore, and just staring at the page in it's totality stripped of literary and semantic meaning is more interesting.

Butterfly's a mess.
Butterfly is the weakest poster on this board by far
Butterfly is a waste, and everybody knows it.
It's so weak, it's laughable.
Butterfly is a big fat mistake.
I wanna tell you. I don't often agree with Guenon-fags and I don't often agree with pseuds, but I get along with everybody.

But I say this every night, every day, every afternoon, and it's so true...the moth is a mess.
