I don't think he has any videos *about* Guenon but I've seen him briefly disparage Guenon before in some of his videos but I can't remember which ones. Ken essentially agrees with all the positions Coomaraswamy held (and Coomaraswamy agrees with all of Guenon's ideas but just is more sympathetic to and cites way more Christian mystic and Neoplatonic stuff) with the exception that Ken thinks the formals aspects of religion are unimportant and that only the metaphysics matters. If you have questions about where to start with a specific school of eastern thought or the writings of a specific eastern religion/sect my answer would change depending on the school. One of the eastern thinkers that I enjoy reading the most and who I'd recommend before any other is Shankara who is basically the Plato of India. If you want to read his works it's more or less necessary to have a working knowledge of Hindu philosophical terminology first, although reading one good book is enough to get you started. I would recommend starting by reading one or multiple of the following books: Essentials of Indian Philosophy by Hiriyanna, Man and His Becoming According to the Vedanta by Guenon or The Advaita Tradition in Indian Philosophy by Sharma. The latter two focus on Advaita while the first is a general overview of Indian thought. Only the chapters on Vedanta in Sharma's and Hiriyanna's books can be read if you are just reading them in preparation for reading Shankara and are fine with waiting to read about the other schools until later. Once you feel like you are ready it's best to begin with the 2-part volume of Shankara's commentaries on 8 Upanishads, which are also available online at the below links, most of his other works can be found for free online in English also. If you want to read all of Shankara the best order IMO is 1) 8 Upanishad commentaries 2) Brihadaranyaka commentary 3) Chandogya commentary 4) Svetasvatara commentary 5) Brahma Sutra commentary & Gita commentary (these two can be read in either order) and then his non-commentary works last
