Well, I won't name them since this place is terrible and no good would come of it, but it is a very interesting experience reading through them. The contrast of stark, intelligence and totally unhinged thoughts is pretty tragic. One of them in particular is really suffering right now and it's interesting seeing him talk about things that are pretty much right in line with how I've been feeling lately. His takes on the problem of evil, existence, god, loneliness, and always veering back into the science and maths that he was familiar with before the psychotic break. It's odd seeing someone so obviously more intelligent with me talking about the same sort of yearnings for intimacy that I feel.
To see people suffer like this, and struggling after the same questions that I am, has really shown me how beautiful a thing intelligence is, and the mind. Human consciousness is so precious, but I can't understand why it is allowed to be afflicted with so much sorrow.
