Oh God don't remind me of him, I hate Hegel way more than Kant. But I guess Kant is responsible for making idealism popular in Germany so he is indirectly responsible for him. And if you think about it, it is not hard to see why in the history of western philosophy, idealism, the doctrine that reality is ultimately subjective, was succeeded by postmodernism.
