>Only a male intellect clouded by the sexual drive could call the stunted, narrow-shouldered, broad-hipped and short-legged sex the fair sex: for it is with this drive that all its beauty is bound up. More fittingly than the fair sex, women could be called the unaesthetic sex.

>why women are nice
Women have a smaller physique and a higher pitched voice than men on average. That surely had some impact on the way some men, in history, shaped culture in such a way as to put them on top (this is true whether or not this was a good or a bad thing). Historically, culture didn't let women command or dominate nearly any aspect of society except stuff that in the background like textile work or something. To this day there are still expectations that women be nurturing and not overbearing. Men are expected to ask out, women are expected to not do the same; women rather than men are expected to raise children and be nice to kids. So women turn out nice better than men do.

It’s actually kind of embarrassing how happy I would be to get the chance to be a woman’s servant. I don’t know if it’s because the women in my life have almost always been more competent than the men, but I’ve gotten to a point where I’ve decided that I love women and feel that men are inferior to them. I just want please and serve a woman so I can make them happy.

My concern is that this will develop into an unhealthy mindset because I’ve noticed that I’m having some misandrist thoughts despite being male myself and I’m still thinking of this one girl I went out on a date with that things didn’t work out with. I’m concerned that my obsession with women and dislike of men might negatively impact me socially in future. Anyone else know this feel?

>>14105612
No, the ideal IMO is when they have a cold exterior but a warm and affectionate interior. I remember when I was younger I had this female teacher who everyone hated because she was super strict, but I loved her and she wound up developing a real soft spot for me. I think she’s one of the women who made me develop my subservient attitude towards women.

Oh trust me, I’m at the very least indifferent to most people, but if I had to surround myself with the company of good men vs. the company of good women, I would chose the latter.

Even the most boring girl can be somewhat entertaining to talk to if you’re open minded to what topics you discuss. Normie men meanwhile just seem so alien to me and I struggle to speak with them. Unlike with women, the only men I can tolerate are the ones who are interesting people. I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that the vast majority of my limited day to day human interaction is with different women.

I also just find it strange how I get a lot of satisfaction out of thinking to myself “I hate men”, but I have no idea why I find it so satisfying.

i like women more because they tend to just accept me for who i am. with men, they just shun me for being different than them. for example, the job i had before the one i'm working now, there were a bunch of guys and all they would do was quote movies all day or talk about sports. i tell them i don't watch tv and they think i'm a weirdo. its like i'm a threat to them. now, if i tell women that i don't watch tv, they always like it for some reason. men see me as a threat and women see me as exotic, so i just naturally like them more. it also helps to be tall and relatively attractive compared to the typical fat normie in a graphic tee. i think the main thing is that most men are my enemy. they worship things that i can't agree with and they disgust me to my core with their actions. living in a land surrounded by so many soibois is like being a teleported nazi living in israel. what would you expect him to do, just start killing them? obviously not because he would just get killed immediately and really they're not doing anything to harm him directly, he just hates their personality, their practices, and their overall way of life. but he isn't going to be paling around with them either. he'll probably just get some wagie job and a shitty apartment and live meagerly until he dies.

It's a cliche statement, but the parts of War and Peace involving the female characters are the best parts of the novel. The war sections are dry by comparison. I've not read Anna Karenna yet, but I'm interested in getting to it eventually because it's more of Tolstoy doing the domestic.

One author who I think doesn't get enough credit on /lit/ is Charlotte Bronte. She writes incredibly textured female characters (and male ones too), but she seems to get shafted on /lit/ in favour of Emily because Wuthering Heights is edgier. Charlotte might just be my favourite female novelist of all time though and I think she sets the gold standard for female character writing in literature. Not even Tolstoy can match her on that front.

I think the reason I hate men is because so many men these days are fucking pathetic. Whether they're the soi types or incels, they find their own way to be utterly pitiful. When I think of the men who I DON'T hate, I realise that they're all either laid back Chads or guys with a well thought out life philosophy.

As you said though, talking to women is just far easier. Contrary to what some people say, there are plenty of decent girls out there and most of them are will definitely take an interest in you if you don't act like a typical man. I guess that explains why girls were really protective of me as a kid and why I even got a girl to open up to me about her personal problems. Women are great-- Talking to one brightens up my day.

>For some time it has struck me that man is a rough-hewn and woman a finished product.

>There is an unbroken consistency in the manners, customs, speech, and adornment of woman. And the reason is, that for ages Nature has assigned to her the same definite rôle and has been adapting her to it. No cataclysm, no political revolution, no alteration of social ideal, has yet diverted woman from her particular functions, nor destroyed their inter-relations. She has loved, tended, and caressed, and done nothing else; and the exquisite skill which she has acquired in these, permeates all her being and doing. Her disposition and action have become inseparably one, like the flower and its scent. She has, therefore, no doubts or hesitations.

>But the character of man has still many hollows and protuberances; each of the varied circumstances and forces which have contributed to his making has left its mark upon him. That is why the features of one will display an indefinite spread of forehead, of another an irresponsible prominence of nose, of a third an unaccountable hardness about the jaws. Had man but the benefit of continuity and uniformity of purpose, Nature must have succeeded in elaborating a definite mould for him, enabling him to function simply and naturally, without such strenuous effort. He would not have so complicated a code of behaviour; and he would be less liable to deviate from the normal when disturbed by outside influences.

He's worrying about that rather than more pressing concerns like the fact that he's an alcoholic.

I think I'm always going to think that women are generally better than men, since personal experience has shown me as much. What do we even do about it though? Protecting our female friends from shitty guys and telling them that they deserve better seems like an obvious choice, but to radically alter sexual relations at a societal level requires a group effort, and requires both men and women to make it work.

Sorry to rant about this, but I'm genuinely saddened by how feminism has been hijacked by corporate interests to force more women into a bureaucratic meat grinder. Feminism needs to be retaken in the way that Christopher Lasch describes, and it needs to build it self upon the principles of unity and respect between the sexes and upon tackling the problem of sex being seen as the ultimate goal in a relationship between man and woman.
