It's like that awful joke about the father always demanding two tennis balls at various occasions throughout life, you can draw out that part for over 10 minutes, and then on his deathbed the son asks: "what were the tennis balls for?", and the father answers: "i will tell you, listen closely..." and then he dies. We call those anti-jokes.
