Heidegger's language isn't really mystical if you know how to read philosophy. It's a good pseud filter because it works at two levels: if you can't understand Heidegger you are a retard who should stick to STEM, and if after understanding Heidegger you become obsessed with him and try to join a cult based on him, you are a retard and should stick to Comp Lit departments.

this honestly. the most difficult thing about his writing if anything is that he may use words that look similar or share similar roots that mean somewhat different things, (like ontic/onticological) but once you keep reading and understand the distinction it becomes plain english. if you can't then you won't understand what he's saying.
