Imagine If there were no books about firefighters. Instead we'd have anti-fire books. In these anti-fires book there would be a lot of firefighter characters but each of them would either be completely unmotivated and disenchanted with their jobs or despicable monsters willing to make their own job harder to make people (their colleagues, the people whose house is burning, the cat blocked on top of a treebranch) miserable. Their bosses are entusiastically on board with their behaviour despite It being an ass-backwards way to be a firefighter.
One day, The Big Fire comes, the veicle has an accidente Because of the driver's crippling alcoholism (nobody tried to help him) and the characters all die while the city burns.
This is how "anti-war" movies and books work.
