If I am drawn in by Whitehead's philosophy am I an atheist? He has a so called "God" but it is more of a metaphysical concept and not anything religious and it is not even a God (not all powerful, knowing, or good).

Kinda. This is how most philos thought of god since maybe even the 1600s. Kants God and Kierkegaard god is more a concpet than a distinct entity.

Whitehead is a "panexperientialist". It depends on the definition of God you are working with. I, myself, am not a panexperientialist though, but I respect it as a position, I suppose.

Whitehead's God is kind of like Deleuze's Body without Organs

Nigger, you can follow fucking egoism and still believe in god. Nigger, you don't have to take in every aspect of a philosophers philosophy to agree with them on other things.
