Why don't adults value picture books or children's literature anymore?

In some sense, they are much more mature and honest than a lot of "high-literature". Don't people realize that picture books and children's literature are close to the light of Ahura Mazda?

I wish I could just lock nihilists into a cage and whip them while they're forced to read picture books, children's literature, and watch classy cartoons. I would do this in order to open their hearts to the light and see the divine spark in all living things. I'd wear a nice white cloak and veil with Avestan symbols on it as I whip the nihilists while playing chanting music. Put aside the Ligottian and horror fiction for a bit and open your heart to the divine light.
