Atheism is more a circumstance of how people live today than it is any closeness to truth. Remember how retarded mainstream scientists have acted toward certain ideas in the past (I’ll use the example of darwin since it’s some of the little history atheists will have knowledge of) and how they behaved. The god question does not yet have any sort of conclusive or satisfying answer, so when you place stock in people who got degrees and work in a lab, remember you are regurgitating a political opinion and not a scientific one
