Most of the MMA light weight fighters could literally kill with few punches people twice their size, yet you would bet all your money on the big guy if it came down who wins a random fight

You can only judge the averages by such broad classifications: true genius (like Guénon) or true lethality (like in the case of MMA fighter) is true exceptionality and those things, are more than often, concealed.

Perhaps you could also judge MMA fighters based solely on their physique who wins? Fedor Emelianenko is a good example of a man who does not even look like an athlete, but was the undefeated champion.

Same goes in multiple powerlifting competitions.

Feats of intellect, if to be judged by facial criteria, is like deciding who wins the Olympics based solely in what physical shape the competitor is.
